If you don't have the OBB file you can download it here as well
After downloading all the Necessary files, here is how you can setup the Game for it to work well
1) Download the APK and the OBB file from the above link
2) Download ZArchiver from Google Play store
3) Open the ZArchiver App and search for the downloaded files
4) Click on the OBB file and select " extract "
Extra it to Android/OBB
5) Install the Game APK and start enjoying GTA San Andreas on your Android 11/12/13
